  “They sell new and gently used wedding, prom and formals. You can sell your dresses on consignment at Rosebuds. The service is increable for a consignment shop!! I have 3 daughters and have been shopping at Rosebuds for 9 years. Proms, homecomings you name it. They also rent great tuxedos”
